- Pre-care health screening responses
- Card information for the deposit hold (processed by our payment processor, not stored by us)
- Photos or messages you send us related to your appointment

- Cookies for session state, no third-party advertising cookies are set without consent
2. How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, remind and follow up on your appointments
- To provide pre-care, aftercare and touch-up instructions
- To process your deposit and any service payment
- To respond to questions, reviews and direct messages
- To improve site content and service offerings
- To comply with health, tax and business-records obligations under Pennsylvania law
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, only with:
- Payment processor for the deposit and any service payment
- Booking and messaging platform (GoHighLevel) that powers our calendar, confirmations and reminders
- Email and SMS providers used to deliver communications
- Health-care professionals you authorize if a physician note is required before your session
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal process
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with advertisers.
4. Cookies and analytics
We may use first-party cookies and privacy-respecting analytics tools to measure site performance and improve content. You can disable cookies in your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the booking widget.
5. Retention
Booking and health-screening records are retained for the period required by Pennsylvania tattoo and PMU regulations and applicable tax law. Marketing and communication records are retained until you ask us to remove them.

- Delete your marketing record at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or unsubscribing from any email
