Tomee Lee has been drawing on skin since she was nineteen. The Inked Indigo is what happened when tattoo fundamentals met PMU — restraint, symmetry, and a deep respect for the canvas.
"Permanent makeup isn't about looking done. It's about waking up looking like the version of yourself you already are — sharper and softer and seen."
Tomee trained as a traditional tattoo artist and spent twenty-one years building a reputation for clean linework, natural shading, and a calm chair-side manner. Two years ago she turned that craft toward permanent makeup, and The Inked Indigo was born.
Everything about the studio is designed around one client at a time: a two-hour private booking, a quiet room that feels nothing like a clinic, and as much mapping and consultation as it takes to get the shape right before a single needle touches skin.
Four principles that shape every appointment — from the first consultation to the six-week touch-up.
No back-to-back clients. Two hours of private chair time so mapping, color and symmetry are never rushed.
Soft, believable work is harder than bold work. Everything here is tuned to read natural across lighting, makeup, and years.
We start lighter than the target and build in the six-week touch-up. Color that sits too deep is far harder to undo than color added.
Health concerns, skin concerns, "I don't know what I want yet" — all fine. Consultations are a real option, not a funnel step.
"I cried a little when I saw them. They look exactly like my brows, only better. Tomee takes her time and listens."
"The studio feels like a retreat. No rushing, no pressure. Beautiful work in a calm room."
"Seventeen years of tattooing shows. Every stroke looks hand-drawn because it is. Worth every dollar."
Consultations are $50 and credit in full toward your service. Two weeks of availability, $50 deposit, complimentary six-week touch-up included.
