Tomee Lee

Tomee has been tattooing for 21 years and specializing in permanent makeup for the last two. Her PMU work is built on the same fundamentals that guided her ink career, symmetry, restraint, and a deep respect for the canvas.

The Inked Indigo studio in Chester County is private by design. Two-hour sessions, one client at a time, and a quiet space that feels nothing like a clinic.

Clarity upfront means a calm appointment. Here are the three things to know before you book.

$50 Deposit

A $50 flat deposit reserves your session and applies to your total. Collected securely via Stripe at booking.

24-Hour Window

Need to reschedule? No problem with 24 hours notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

Health Screening

A quick health questionnaire protects your results. Certain conditions may require a physician's note before we can confirm.

How far in advance can I book?

Appointments open up to two weeks in advance, with a 48-hour minimum booking notice so you have time to review your pre-care guide.

Does it hurt?

Topical numbing is used throughout your two-hour session. Most clients describe it as a light scratching sensation, not a traditional tattoo.

How long does PMU last?

One to four years depending on service, skin type, sun exposure and aftercare. A complimentary six-week touch-up is included to perfect the final look.

What if I have a health condition?

Blood pressure conditions, diabetes, chemotherapy, alopecia and immune deficiencies may require a physician's note and sometimes antibiotics before your session. The health screening on the booking form flags this early so we can plan.

Where is the studio located?

Currently in Cochranville, Chester County, PA, transitioning to a new salon suite. The exact address is sent with your booking confirmation.
